Valiant Automation LLC was established in 2023 and has over 16 years of collective experience in the automation industry. Our services are available in all fifty states, and we are based in Northern Arizona, providing convenient access to solutions in the greater Prescott area. We have technical expertise in various processes, applications, and products, enabling us to provide excellent solutions and support.

Dustin has the whole package when it comes to the robots and the PLC. This proves to be the key and critical for our system. The retrofit engineer couldn't get the machine to operate correctly and this is in part due to the fact that the robot and PLC programmers did not work together. The PLC programmer worked remotely and the robot programmer was here on site. This was obvious to Dustin as the two programs didn't know what the other was doing.

"We had [Dustin] come in and update software and add another [Schunk vice] to each Robodrill and add a flip station for 2nd [operation] parts.
We were running the series of parts on a Haas VF2 and are now in process of moving to the Robodrill system. On the Haas VF2 we were making 90 parts in a 10 hour shift and having to pay someone to load and hand de-burr the parts.
Now on the Robodrills we are getting 30 machined and de-burred parts in 1 hour. That's 300 parts in a 10 hour shift !!!!! Also we now can load up the infeed belt and run unattended (90 parts).
